Growly Class
Hi, Deborah, Just wanted you to know that Max and I took Bailey for a walk on the Grandview promenade- his first time out for a long while due to a hip injury, and he was PERFECT. Not one growl, not one lunge, though we passed a bizillion dogs of every description! You and growly class have worked a minor miracle.

Puppy Class
We want the best for Shasta, our five month old miniature Australian Shepherd and Deb is the best trainer. Deb taught us how to socialize, focus and get the most out of the training time with our puppy. Deb is to dogs what Sylvan is to kids. We plan to attend all of her classes.

Thanks for letting us "do-over" the Adult Canine class...important reinforcement for ALL of us! Boone had a great time, and has really improved. Yep, you''re amazing, Deborah!

Big thanks to Deborah from us and Boone, our 100+ pound German Shepherd mix, who now has some measure of self-control...! The classes were fun and informative, the techniques easy to practice at home, and we got special attention for some issues. We''re starting to see Boone''s potential for maturing into the calm, confident and happy dog that we all want. Thanks again, Deborah!

Puppy Class
Deborah really understands the way dogs think. The puppy class has taught me so much about how to handle and train my Boston terrier puppy, and has taken her from a shy pup to an active participant in dog romps, even though she is usually the smallest in the group. Her training may have prevented an injury when she became frantic after getting tangled in some rags a calm and cheerful "Sophie, sit!" resulted in her immediate sitting still so I could untangle her. Much better than chasing a crazed dog through the house. Thanks, Deborah!

Deborah''s Adult Canine class has been a life saver, literally. One day after graduation I had my Boston Terrier Zoe out in the front yard (not fenced) while we put lights up she was really good about staying in the yard and if she started to wander came back when called. All of this from a dog that was nicknamed Monster because she did not listen to commands. Deborah, Thanks for the great training for Zoe and me!

We''ve loved having Abby in Deborah''s puppy classes! Her methods DO work, and her classes are a lot of fun too. Abby loves coming to class. Recall has been one of Abby''s hardest things to pick up, but recently we were at an off leash dog park and she DID come when called. If we''re diligent in implementing Deborah''s techniques, then results will follow. Thanks Deborah!

I can describe Deborah Rosen in one word – AMAZING!!!!! Within the first 30 seconds of meeting my 160 pound Bouvier he was putty in her hands. Not only was she able to command his attention immediately she was actually able to take him for a walk, something I could not do without being pulled off my feet, through hedges & down the block. Thanks to her expert training abilities (for dog, master & master’s husband) I can now walk him by myself without getting road rash or my arm pulled out of its socket. I would recommend her (and already have) to anyone with a dog or husband that just doesn’t want to listen. I also recommend Growly Class to anyone that has a dog that doesn''t always like other dogs. We attended and it was great!

Our rambunctious little Norman was badly in need of some training, and so were we! Norman went through Puppy Kindergarten One and Two, and I can''t imagine where we''''d be today without Deborah. Norman learned basic obedience, some more advanced things, but most of all, as a puppy he was provided the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. We learned how to be the most interesting thing to Norman to get his attention when we most needed to. We learned what was appropriate dog behavior and what wasn''t. Deborah has a true knack for this, and Norman misses her terribly.

Consultations
Our Cocker Spaniel Shadow is deaf, with a head tilt and a head bobble clear neurological issues. When he got wound up, particularly with home visitors, we didn''t have any idea how to short-circuit the frantic behavior. Deborah came to the house to get us started with ''special ed classes'' and then we attended Growly Class. We are much more comfortable with what to do and how to help Shadow stay calm with home visitors. Deborah''s a great trainer and tackled a challenging case for us.
